Click IT! News - Harrow

Welcome!

Dear Parents and Nursery Staff,

Harrow is where Click IT! all began 11 years ago. My daughter was 2 years old at the time and absolutely loved playing with my gadgets and computer equipment when I was working in graphic design. So much so that I brought down from the loft one of my old Apple Mac computers for her to use, installed some child friendly educational software and a baby mouse, and the idea for Click IT! was born! Since those first beginnings, we have pioneered a unique and award winning educational Click IT! activity programme to give pre school children a head start in IT skills and learning.

Call us now on 020 8864 0325 to register your child for lessons at your nursery.

Our next course runs from Monday 9th January 2012 for 10 weeks up until Friday 23rd March. Our project themes for this Spring term are 'Create a Playground' and 'Bug Hunting'.

We are always happy to hear from you so please use the contact page to get in touch with us.

Kind regards

Wendy Petersen, Founder of Click IT!

The Great North Run

2a red.jpg

Together with my good friend Meera (Owner of Oak Lee Montessori School) we completed our first half marathon this weekend at The Great North Run. What an amazing experience. We have trained a lot over the last 6 months with our longest distance being 14km - but we had both never run 13 miles before. The training did not always go to plan with Meera battling through with sciatica and I was suffering with tendonitus and pain from an old calf injury.

On the day we did good - with a time of just over 2 hours! The atmosphere was amazing with the people of Newcastle supporting us all the way. I was given jelly babies, ice pops and oranges en route and it made all the difference. Helped by some rain halfway through the course, we were able to steam home in a brilliant time. Can't wait to do it again!

So far we have raised over £1000 for the NSPCC. If you would like to sponsor us, please visit our fundraising page, http://www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/thecrazygirls

Many thanks for your support.

THE BETT SHOW

Every year we attend the BETT (British Educational Training and Technology) show at Olympia. It is the biggest ICT educational show in England. Will visit the exhibition every January and we look forward to meeting our usual educational suppliers as well as seeing what's new out there.
